Motivation

Anyone out there ever find it hard to "discover" the motivation to do something? That seems to describe me really well these days!

Something new!

My cousin Debra and I had fun oil painting today after school and this is what I came up with! It was a lot of fun and....It was my very first time playing around with oil paints! I think I'm hooked!

Slacker!!!!!!

Hey all my blog fans out there! I'm sorry I'm such a slacker! I have been really sick the last few weeks, but am hopefully on the mend!

I don't have pictures of my house for you all yet, but I am working on that project, hopefully tomorrow!

Other than being sick, life is good. I'm still loving teaching and glad to be in Roosevelt, even if it seems like its too far to be away from my family sometimes. I am sure proud of my little brother and grateful for all the rest of my family too!

I still LOVE being an aunt!

So, I've been promising pictures of my house...I am not ready to post some of what it looks like now--still have some boxes to unpack and signs and pictures to hang, but these are pictures of what it looked like before I bought it!

Lately

What have I been up to lately? Well...there's a lot to answer that question that I could say!

Mostly, I have just been doing my thing--everyday! I am really loving teaching school this year! It has been a great experience for me and I know this is where I am supposed to be, and what I am supposed to be doing!

As for some of the other things that seem to take up my time...I, well, :) I am buying a house! Yes, that's right! I am going to buy a house here in town and I am really excited! I will post pictures when everything is all finalized, but I have to say, I really can't believe that I am doing this!

Other than that excitement, nothing too much to report! ;)

I have really enjoyed the chance to hang out with my family the last few weeks. They have been really good to me and I am so grateful for all of them! I am excited for all the new things they are going through--being parents, new houses, and being my family! :) I sure love them all!
